Shipping Policy
We at Golden Tree Garments strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 days from the date of purchase depending upon the delivery location.
If your order status shows as delivered but you haven’t received the package, please report the issue within 24–48 hours. This will help us coordinate with our courier partner for a resolution. Complaints submitted after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Kindly make sure that your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.

🔒 Note on Packaging Security: We would like to inform you that all our packages are securely sealed with black and white tape bearing the “Golden Tree Garments” branding.
If the delivery personnel appear suspicious, or if the parcel is damaged or does not have the official branded tape, we strongly advise that you do not accept the package. Please note that if such a parcel is accepted and any issue arises thereafter, Golden Tree Garments will not be held liable for any claims related to the delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety and authenticity of your order.
A shipping charge of INR 149 will be applicable to all Cash on Delivery orders. The shipping charges will remain the same irrespective of the size of the order.
Each order placed can be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall place multiple orders.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Send a cancellation request to golden4tree@gmail.com.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. The amount will reflect back in your account within 4–7 days.
However, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the applicable return policy will apply.
