Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the following events, when the item is delivered to you:
  • Items that are physically damaged or defective;
  • Items that varies from the description;
  • Items that are wrongly delivered;
  • Wrong Color;
  • Wrong Style;
  • Wrong Size; or
  • Wrong Quantity
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.


Replacement policy:

For replacement of the product, customer can directly return/ exchange all or any 1 of their items with us, by directly clicking on “RETURN/ EXCHANGE’ menu on our website’s footer page. Once you land on this page, simply put in your order id and registered email id or contact number. This will fetch you details for that particular order. Select the item you want replacement in. For feedback purposes, kindly help us with the Reason for Replacement. Once you state down your reason, you can either select your preferred size in the same color or different color. Or you can select a new product and the difference amount if any will be either refunded to the original source of payment or will be asked from the customer via UPI payment link.

Exchange/ replacement cost will be borne by only once. If you need exchange for second time, then you will have to self ship the product back to us.

Return – Terms & Condition:

Incase you don’t want any replacement then we can provide you with a credit note of that same amount through which you can purchase some other product. Validity for the same is 1 year and One time usability.
Please note – The return will take place from customer’s end.

Also, we accept returns only through INDIA POST to avoid any lost shipment which takes place through normal couriers.


  • Customers can exchange/return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and in undamaged condition.
  • The product should be returned along with the original packing.
  • If there is no default in the products as per the reasons mentioned above, the courier charge for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  • To maintain the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on shorts and Sweat Activation t-shirts.
  • Items without tags will not be accepted. Check your product properly before cutting the tag because once cut, it cannot be returned.


The refund will be issued via discount code which will be shared to the customer on their registered email id or WhatsApp number.

Note section– if the customer is willing to send the return product from their end, only then do we provide replacement or exchange in color and not otherwise.


You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order No. and email id from which purchase was made to from your registered email address. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days.

After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.

We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.

  • Click on ‘Cancel Order’, enter your ‘order ID’ and click on cancel order


  • We do not provide replacement on exchange in color.
  • If the customer is willing to send the return product from their end, then replacement we can provide but not otherwise
