Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Golden Tree Garments, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, email us at golden4tree@gmail.com with your order details.
Once approved, prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched cannot be canceled. In such cases, the applicable return or exchange policy will apply.
Refund Policy
We want every purchase to meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a simple refund process subject to the conditions below.
Refund Eligibility
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 60 days, shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product:
- Keep the item unused and in its original packaging.
- Share clear product photos and a complete unboxing video with our support team at golden4tree@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, our team will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
Unboxing Video Requirements
To process claims successfully, the unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the shipping label and package branding.
- Be recorded continuously without cuts, edits, or pauses.
- Clearly display the product and packaging contents.
🚨 Note: Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
⚠️ Important Terms
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Products returned in used, damaged, or tampered condition will not qualify for refunds.
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
